This recipe is made with all gluten-free, dairy-free and paleo ingredients, packed with flavor and so versatile. It can be served over your favorite rice, noodles, zucchini noodles, anything you want!
Technique tip: If you have time, really let your meatballs simmer in the sauce for up to 60 minutes to really combine the flavors. Taste the red curry paste before adding to see how spicy it is.
