There is a taco truck in Los Angeles called Gracias Señor that used to be parked in the Pacific Palisades before the fires, and is now at other locations. Everything they serve is incredible and their specialty is a surf and turf burrito. One year after the fires, they just won best taco in LA! This recipe is inspired by their burrito.
Technique tip: Keep a close eye on the steak and shrimp as it bakes to avoid overcooking.
